We aim to encourage preachers, those who wish to preach, and those who want to understand the preacher’s life. This is gospel ministry, not in the high places, but in the quiet corners where Christ’s kingdom grows strong.

Derrick Brite

Derrick is the pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Aliceville, AL. He is originally from Ringgold, Georgia and is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary in Atlanta, and currently pursuing his PhD at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary. He is married to Ashton and they reside in Aliceville with their dog, Loretta. Derrick is the editor for A Pastor's Heart:Essays in Memory of Harry Reeder III. He is Professor of Systematic Theology at Birmingham Theological Seminary, and has contributed articles to Ref21, Modern Reformation, and Ligonier.
